For the vessel Wonderland at Balk Shipyard, we built a temporary scaffold structure with clear access routes and stable working platforms around the hull.
The setup was built mainly for general conservation activities and to provide safe, continuous access during maintenance.
From the first day, the objective was to combine practical workflow with strict safety standards, so different maintenance tasks could proceed without delays or unsafe shortcuts.
The scaffold was designed to follow the vessel geometry and provide practical access at multiple working heights.
By combining straight runs, corner sections, and bow access, the team could move efficiently and work in a controlled environment.
Special attention was given to transitions between work levels, platform continuity near curved hull zones, and reliable ladder positioning to keep daily operations predictable.
The final setup provided reliable access around the ship, supporting conservation work with stable platforms and clear movement paths.
This reduced interruptions during execution and improved overall working safety.
With all main work areas accessible from organized routes, teams could focus on quality of conservation instead of spending time reconfiguring temporary access.
