In Alphen aan den Rijn, we delivered a temporary scaffold structure with a spacious working platform and safe access. To support internal transport and panel installation on the second floor, we designed and assembled a stable working platform.

Scaffold Structure for Heavy Internal Transport

Technical Route

The structure was built as a stable elevated working platform, with sufficient load capacity and workspace for controlled transfer of heavy steel plates.

Each transport involved approximately 2,500 kilograms moved to the upper floor. The platform was engineered for a total load of approximately 3,000 kilograms, including four workers present at the same time. Stability, safe walking routes, and clear work coordination were the foundation throughout execution.

Working Floor Load Requirement

For this setup, we worked with load class 5, with an allowable load of 450 kg/m2 on the working floor. This kept execution safe and controlled during lifting and placement activities.
