For the gas plant in Scheemda (Netherlands), we were faced with the challenge of protecting the temperature in a tent housing a massive compressor.

The existing system did not provide sufficient protection against heat loss, which could negatively affect the efficiency and safety of the equipment.

Our goal was to create an additional thermal barrier that was both effective, durable, and suitable for the site conditions.

Solution: Installation of shrink film

Install Method

Our team got to work installing approximately 300 m2 of high-quality shrink film. Thanks to the excellent insulating properties and perfect fit of the film for the tent structure, we were able to effectively reduce heat loss.

The installation process was quick and efficient, without disrupting the operations of the gas plant. The materials used ensure durability and resistance to extreme weather conditions, which further enhances the functionality of the entire system.

Results: Efficient insulation and energy savings

Project Output

After installation, the client noticed a significant improvement in maintaining a constant temperature inside the tent, resulting in better working conditions for the compressor and reduced heating costs for the space.

This project demonstrates our experience and ability to deliver non-standard solutions in the industrial insulation sector. We are proud to have contributed to the optimization of processes at the gas plant in Scheemda.
